Dorayaki (どら焼き, どらやき, 銅鑼焼き, ドラ焼き) is a type of Japanese confection, a red-bean pancake which consists of two small pancake-like patties made from castella wrapped around a filling of sweet azuki bean paste.
I have used sthis Miso paste for my Miso soup for about 15 years now. My main problem with it is that it is not always available in my local store, and I no longer have the ability to drive any distance to get something that I can no longer get locally.
This miso paste is excellent, and I have absolutely no problem with iet. I am thrilled that I can get it on line when I want it.
