Shipping policy
Orders over $49.99 will have FREE shipping.
Orders under or at $49.99 will have $7.99 flat rate shipping.
- We will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.
- Standard/Free/ Flat rate shipping takes about 5-7 business days from the NEXT business day of shipping the order (estimate only, longer transit during peak season Oct-Jan).
- Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days from the NEXT business day of placing the order.
- We do not ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.
- Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are not considered shipping days.
- Shipping time for outside of the 48 contiguous states and some rural destinations may take longer.
- Hawaii and Alaska, PO Box Addresses are excluded from Free Shipping/Flat Rate (more information bellow).
Free Shipping / Flat Rate Shipping
Snackathon Foods reserves the right to choose the carrier for free/flat rate shipping method. Delivery date for free/flat rate/FedEx Home Delivery shipping is only an estimate and not guaranteed unless guaranteed shipping service was purchased during checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments returned to us because USPS (postal service) does not serve your address. If you know that your address is not serviced by USPS, please choose a shipping method from a carrier that services your address.
PO Box
Free/flat rate shipping to PO Box is limited. To qualify for free shipping, you first provide a street address and a secondary PO Box address.
Handling Time
We ship most orders the next day if the order is placed before our cutoff time (10:00AM EST).
During peak season (Oct-Jan), handling time can increase up to 3 business days. We ship out from Monday to Friday. For large orders or orders required verification/address correction, we may need more time to process your order.
Estimated Arrival
Delivery and transit time is only an estimate and not guaranteed unless guaranteed shipping service was purchased during checkout. All orders will be shipped the next day if placed after our shipping cutoff time of 10:00AM EST (peak season exception applies).

Failed Deliveries
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time their order is placed. Due to the fragile nature of our food products, Snackathon Foods cannot resend or refund orders that are returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, having an incorrect address or for being refused/unclaimed. If purchaser wishes to make an additional attempt to send goods to a new/corrected delivery address, purchaser will have to create a new order and pay for both the product and shipping costs.

Your order is shipped from our fulfillment center in Lakewood, WA.
Currently we ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and OnTrac. Your carrier depends on geographic location.

FedEx Home Delivery shipping option is recommended when your address is not serviced by USPS; or when you prefer FedEx as your shipping carrier.
Most orders typically require 1 business day handling to ship out. Our cutoff time is 10AM EST. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping charges vary depending on your destination zip codes and package weight. Cut-off for expedited shipping is 10AM EST Monday-Thursday. Please note there is no weekend delivery for expedited orders.
You will receive emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the order status page when logging into your Snackathon account. You can also email customer service at hello@SnackathonFoods.com Monday – Friday, and we will be happy to provide tracking information.
If you change your mind about your order, you have the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order (except for expedited orders). To cancel your order, please visit your order status page and select cancel option.
If your order was placed more than 2 hours ago, please reach out to our customer service at hello@SnackathonFoods.com Monday – Friday. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request; but it is possible that your order will have been processed and our intervention will not be successful. In this case you will still receive your package and we are unable to process a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
