Refund Policy
Return Processing (if applicable)
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request. We will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes about 5-10 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment (the processing time depends on your payment method). It may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. A minimum restocking fee of $7.99 or 15% of total order value, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your order refund when applicable.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Failed Deliveries (if applicable)
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time their order is placed. When your order is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, having an incorrect address or for being refused/unclaimed:
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If your order is placed with free shipping option, a minimum fee of $7.99 or 15% of total order value, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your order refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again; then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@snackathonfoods.com.
Warm weather Damage
No warranty will be provided for meltable (heat sensitive) products during warm weather months if an inappropriate shipping method was selected upon checkout or if packages were not retrieved from shipping carriers immediately when the first delivery confirmation was sent out.
Out-of-stock items
We reserve the right to cancel the items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered by the manufacturers/suppliers at the time we fulfill your order. A refund for the out-of-stock items will be issued to your original method of payment accordingly.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please complete a return and place a new order. Please contact us at hello@snackathonfoods.com to assist you with both your return and placing your new order.
Fair use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually buying and tasting their purchases and then returning them, or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we will deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Service and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
