I purchased this product believing it to be on par with the Kirkland organic dried mango. It is not. I communicated this to Snackathon, requesting assistance.I was told nothing could be done,based upon return policy. Satisfaction Guaranteed is prominently displayed on website. I did expect this company to care, and demonstrate this in some, albeit small way.
There was no effort made to help or assist me.
Customer service is non-existent. If you have any problems, do not expect any assistance or concern. It is obvious that customer needs are not important to this company.
