Dorayaki (どら焼き, どらやき, 銅鑼焼き, ドラ焼き) is a type of Japanese confection, a red-bean pancake which consists of two small pancake-like patties made from castella wrapped around a filling of sweet azuki bean paste.
I love McCormick's Peppercorn Medley! It's the perfect blend of peppercorns: Black, White, Green & Pink, PLUS Coriander and Allspice. Really, you need to try it and you will probably like it! (Or maybe you'll LOVE IT, as I do!)
